I bought a Sanyo camcorder, was not happy had to returned it. I didn't want to spend too much money for a camcorder. I'm very happy so far with my Toshiba camera.

Pros -
Sharp picture
great low level lighting shots
lots of internal memory
great battery life
can snap pictures while in video record mode.
cons -
slow load time
confusing menus and scroll function
can not automatically go back to record/picture mode from the viewing menu, must exit out of the sub menus completely
all in all its a great hand held pocket size mini-hd camera. well worth the price and comes with lots of extras such as mini usb to HDMI cables, A/V cables, software etc.
**** this product is not MacBook Compatible! ****

Very easy to use and compact, making it convenient to carry around. Image stability could be better when moving the camera but overall this is a good value for the price. Looks cool too!

This is the first HD camera that I have ever owned. I am very impressed with the quality of the video that it takes. The camera feature is also very nice if you want to take pictures. The camera does not have as many options as with a regular camera, but it is still pretty good. Overall I like the camcorder and would recommend it.
